Designing Queues

Indicating approximate wait times so that people know how much time it might take to get their turn. It reduces the frustration/anxiety and sets clear expectations.



Renovation of cultural sites:

Coverup the space with brand ads / banner. Use 100% of that money to renovate.


Smaller commodes for kids

In toilets, provide smaller commode for kids.

Use stairs to promote eco-friendly messages. People will read while climbing.
